We created this space in our 1800's home specifically for the apothecary. It's not big, but it's full of creativity and soul filling virtue. I step in and slide the glass door behind me. Personal stash of homegrown herbs turned to herbal remedies. The process filled with so much healing intention from last years spring planting to autumn's harvest of lemon balm, oregano and rosemary. The process includes drying out herbs, macerating them and letting them infuse for weeks before they are strained and bottled. It's a labor of love.
The last week of winter is upon us! Within the bitter cold days, I kept moving, double downed on personal wellness and remembered each season passes in due time.
